Delete your YardShelf account

From the app (fastest)
- Open YardShelf and sign in.
- Go to Yard → ⚙︎ Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
If you can't use the app
Email support@yardshelf.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my YardShelf account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, your household's yard, zones, shelf, label rates, logs, tasks, soil tests, pool tests, photos and saved report files. If other people share your household, only your membership is removed and the household stays with them.
What is kept
Nothing tied to you, except records our providers must keep by law (for example, Apple or Google keep their own purchase records). Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your store account settings.
